✧ Commissions are for personal use only. Artwork may be used as profile pictures/banners, but may not be used for profit. Please let me know in advance if the artwork will be used commercially. There will be additional fees for commercial rights.
✧ I reserve the right to post my work publicly unless specifically requested. All public Commissions will be watermarked to prevent theft.
Putting any of my artwork into any AI software is PROHIBITED.
✧ Reposting and sharing the artwork is fine, but please credit @WingedSnake
✧ Listed prices are the base price. Please understand that the price may increase depending on additional details and the complexity of the commission. Such as heavily detailed characters or backgrounds.
✧ I reserve the right to refuse or decline a commission, whether it be that I believe I cannot fulfill the request or that I am not comfortable working on it.
✧ Please wait patiently for your commission to be finished. Rush orders with a specific deadline will incur additional fees. Please give me at most three (3) months max to complete the commission just in case something arises. I value quality and detail and thus put many hours into my drawings, so please be patient. You are welcome to ask for updates if there hasn't been one in awhile! I normally provide updates at the rough sketch, linework, flat colors, base shading, occasionally rendering process, and lastly the final piece before any possible changes.
✧ Please provide visual reference images for backgrounds, non-visual references may possibly include additional fees with each change.
Payment
✧ I only accept Paypal, no other payment method will be possible. Please keep this in mind when commissioning.
✧ Payment will be required after watermarked sketch is sent, only after payment is sent will progress be sent unwatermarked.
✧ Once progress has begun, refunds may not be issued unless both parties are in agreement. If the commission has already been colored and/or shaded, only half of the original price will be refunded.
✧ If for whatever reason I feel that I cannot fulfill the commission and need to cancel, a partial refund will be fulfilled. (I will keep 25% of the total cost minimum, depending on how much of the commission was completed).
✧ Additional characters will be the same amount with a small discount, please ask. [Discount only applies to characters base price, this means it does not include background fees.]
Process
✧ Once I am finished, I will send one final check for your review. Three (3) minor revisions may be requested. More than three (3) will incur an additional fee that must be paid in full before I proceed to make adjustments. No major changes will be made once rendering has started.
✧ Once the finalized artwork is accepted, I will email you full res .png files of the work and watermarked .png files for social media posting. No physical product will be delivered.
Agreement
By commissioning me, this means you have properly read, understand, and AGREE to the terms listed above and on the invoice.
